Material Schemes

Residents can select from two colour palettes that reflect their unique tastes and moods. The gentle and bright, Light Scheme and the moodier Warm Scheme both draw cues and hues from nature.

Communal Wellness & Entertainment Space

The wellness and entertainment space on level three offers an expansive space for residents to gather for dinner parties with friends and families. Featuring a sleek kitchenette, integrated storage, fridge, freezer, and multiple seating dining table, the room is finished with contrasts of exposed natural materials.

Guest House

A bookable Guest House is provided on level three, allowing residents’ to more efficiently balance the need for additional guest bedrooms, without scaling their apartment. The space is finished in a warm, light palette reflecting the natural surroundings. It offers an alfresco terrace dining and a hotel-style living and bedroom area, complete with a kitchenette.
