Following the topping out milestone in May, West to West have completed construction of the penthouses and installed the structural frame for the Level 3 common area pergola. Brickwork continues to progress well, with scaffolding due to be removed shortly — a significant milestone that will finally reveal how the building presents to the street.
Internally, progress remains strong: wall sheeting is now complete throughout, and painting has commenced, working upward from the ground floor.
May 2026
May marks the official topping out at Price Street, a huge milestone for the team in completing the structure of the building.
April 2026
March 2026
Level 4 is due for its final slab pour next week, with topping out on track for mid-April. Brickwork is now up to Level 2, and you can really start to see how it will sit within the street.
But the biggest change is along the park.
The townhomes are moving forward with their internal fitout, and you can step inside and get a real sense of the spaces – the scale, the light, and how they connect directly out to Subiaco Common.
February 2026
The first bricks are now being laid, beginning the formation of the bespoke façade and revealing the rhythm of windows, depth, and proportion that will define the building’s presence on the street.
Behind the brickwork, West to West has been meticulously delivering the unseen layers, waterproofing, sarking and detailing to ensure the building performs as beautifully as it looks.
The façade is crafted from a custom Midland Brick, manufactured specifically for Price Street. Over 20,000 recycled bricks form the exterior – a deliberate choice that brings warmth, texture and longevity, and anchors the building firmly in place.
January Update
West to West have kicked off 2026 with strong momentum, completing the first pour of the second-floor slab. With only the third and fourth floors remaining, we are moving closer to topping out. Meanwhile, fit-out works are progressing in the basement, where lighting and plumbing installations are well underway.
December Update
The level one floor slab has been poured just before Christmas – a significant milestone that brings the project further above ground. This stage has allowed the team to step onto the balconies of the townhouses and first-floor apartments for the first time, offering a real sense of the outlook across Subiaco Common and the connection to the surrounding parklands.
November Update
Progress continues at pace on site, with ground floor formwork now being assembled in preparation for the slab pour – a monumental moment for the foundation of the building.
This level will form the future entrance to Price Street – the first impression for residents and guests, setting the tone for the experience of Price Street, Subiaco

October Update
A milestone week onsite, with the Basement 1 slab now poured – marking a major step forward for Price Street, Subiaco.
With the ground floor scheduled for November, Price Street will start to rise above the treetops of Subiaco Common.
September Update
Momentum continues at Price Street, with the Basement 2 slab now being poured. Next, the columns, walls and stair core will rise, bringing the structure to life.
Behind the scenes, the ADC team are working closely with West to West Builders to procure finishes — from tiles to benchtops — ensuring every residence reflects the quality and detail of Price Street.
August Update
Construction at Price Street is progressing well, with the tower crane now being installed and the first footings poured — a major milestone as the building begins to rise.
July Update
With in-ground civil and piling works now complete—and crane foundations nearing readiness—the groundwork is firmly in place for what’s to come.
